navigate to the Reports page

Let's start with the adaptation of a profit and loss report. To do this on the home screen, switch in the left navigation bar Reports .

Open the profit and loss report

Start with the opening of the regular profit and loss report.

Page On the Profit and Low Report page, click Customize .

Make familiar with the customization options

Create a custom sales report

Set e-mail schedule for reports

You can send your business report to your business partner by e-mail each month.To do this, first go to the Reports screen and locate the group under the > My custom reports tabs.

In this case, click the name of the report group, in this case "Administrative Reports", click Edit .

Click the e-mail schedule set. Enter the e-mail address of your partner in the "In" field.

Select RECELLENCE , monthly on the first Monday of each month. Click Save and Close when you're done.

Now all administration reports are executed automatically and sent to your partner on the first Monday of each month.
